Access Statement

This Access Statement has been prepared by the owner for your information; it is the most

recent version that we have received. If you have any queries whatsoever, please do not

hesitate to contact us.

 

This statement has been prepared as objectively as possible; however with such a wide

remit oversights may be made. Please ensure all crucial requirements for a safe and

enjoyable holiday are present by contacting us.

 

Approached from the A477 then narrow country lanes. The Golden Plover is accessed via

graveled area with ample parking.

 

  • Main entrance door is accessed via a 3 inch step.

  • Guests will usually be met by owner who can assist with luggage.

  • Garden is partly paved, decked, but mostly lawn, with garden furniture available.

  • Ground floor comprises of kitchen, utility, snug, lounge, dining room and cloakroom W/C

  • Upstairs is accessed via a wide staircase and compromises of four bedrooms and bathroom with double shower cubicle, bath. Shower cubicle has a step up into it.

  • Kitchen has worktops, dishwasher and a range master multi-fuel range.

  • All areas are well-lit.

  • The lounge has a TV and DVD player.

  • The snug has a TV, DVD player and music system.

  • The kitchen has a TV.

  • Utility has fridge, freezer, washing machine.

  • WIFI access.

  • External lighting to front and rear of property.

  • Dogs welcome at no extra cost

  • Towel bundles per guest are available at no extra cost

  • Public transport – Coastal Cruiser – please ask owners for information.
